This volume of the Municipal Code of the Village of Lincolnshire, as supplemented, contains all Ordinances up to and including Ordinance 10-3125-02 passed January 25, 2010. (Except Ordinances 09-3098-21 - Sign Code; 09-3118-41 - Comprehensive Fee Schedule) Ordinances of the Village adopted after said Ordinance supersede the provisions of this Municipal Code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the Village office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the Code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
