The Greater Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce (GLCC) is:

  • A voluntary association of area businesses.
  • Supported by member investments of time, skills and money.
  • Delivering tangible benefits for the development of local business.
  • A coordinated team effort working to benefit the community.
  • Organized as a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization.
  • A forum for legislative issues and government business concerns.
  • A conduit for meeting, planning and working with fellow business leaders.
  • A source for information for the business community and residents.
  • Providing a hub for interaction for partners invested in the community.

Members make connections and build professional relationships by participating in Chamber programs, such as monthly lunch meetings, networking, forums, and event committees. GLCC members support each other and promote their businesses or organizations through referrals, marketing and advertising opportunities, and community events.

The Chamber actively promotes business, organizations and events for residents and visitors through its web site: www.lincolnshirechamber.org. Local business and service directories are readily accessible on this web site along with maps and listings for restaurants, hotels, shops and entertainment venues. Direct any requests for information to the Chamber office at 847.793.2409 or glcc@lincolnshirechamber.org.

The Chamber sponsors many activities, including a monthly luncheon meeting with a prominent speaker, educational programs, an informational newsletter, and networking opportunities before and after work.

The Chamber maintains a close relationship with local schools and stays in contact with legislators locally, in Waukegan, Springfield and Washington D.C.
