The Lincolnshire Community Association is a not-for-profit organization, which was founded in 1957 to promote good will and make the Village of Lincolnshire a better place to live. LCA sponsored and was instrumental in the incorporation of Lincolnshire as a Village. LCA held the Village's first election and helped pay some of the costs of that election.

The goal of LCA is to promote Lincolnshire as an ideal place to live ant to stimulate community spirit through community services. LCA provides monetary grants to qualified non-profit, Lincolnshire-based organizations, Village departments or boards, special interest groups, community service organizations and public schools serving Lincolnshire residents.
