Saturday, April 16th from
7:30 – 10:30 p.m. For over 35 years, Lincolnshire Community Nursery School (LCNS)
has provided preschool programs that foster self confidence,
a love of learning, and a strong foundation for elementary
school education. A not-for-profit, developmental preschool
that is accredited with the National Association for the Education
of Young Children (NAEYC), LCNS was founded in 1973 by a group
of parents interested in establishing a high quality preschool
program in their community. In this tradition, LCNS maintains
its commitment to the highest standards of learning, while
keeping students curious and motivated through fun and innovative
methods of teaching. Students at LCNS learn the cognitive and
social skills necessary for a smooth transition from preschool
to kindergarten.
Currently, LCNS offers the following programs:
- Parent and
Tot (18 months – 2 years)
- On My Own (for children turning
3 years old between September 1 – April 1 of
the academic year)
- Preschool 3’s (for children turning 3 years old by

- Pre-Kindergarten (for children turning
