At its Regular Village Board Meeting of January 9, 2012 the Village Board of Trustees approved:

• Approval of a request for fee waiver, per section 5-3-2(A) of the Lincolnshire Village Code, for the Riverside Foundation property, located at 14588 Half Day Road (Riverside Foundation).

• Approval of the State of Illinois Emerald Ash Borer Compliance Agreement an Application for the Illinois Urban Forest Restoration Grant for Emerald Ash Borer.

• Approval of an Ordinance Amending Title 11, Chapter 10, Offenses Affecting Public Health and Safety, by Adding Section 11-10-6-5, Synthetic Cannabinoids and Synthetic Stimulants, to the Municipal Code of the Village of Lincolnshire.

At its Regular Village Board Meeting of December 12, 2011, the Village Board of Trustees approved:

• An Ordinance Granting a Variance from Title 6, Chapter 11 of the Village Code Related to Off-Street Requirements at 505 Schelter Road.

• Approval of the 2012 Village Calendar and Meeting Schedule.

• A Resolution Authorizing the Clerk to Make Certain Closed Session Minutes Available for Public Inspection, Second Review and the Authorization to Destruct Certain Audio Recordings of Closed Session Minutes.

• Approval of Changes to the Village’s External Policies.

• An Ordinance Amending Title 1-6-1 of the Village Code – Personnel Policies Manual.

• An Ordinance Amending Title 1-15 of the Village Code – Comprehensive Fee Schedule.

• An Ordinance Amending Title 1-17 of the Village Code – Comprehensive Fine Schedule.

• Approval of the Fiscal Year 2012 Budget.

• An Ordinance Levying Taxes for Corporate Purposes for the Fiscal Year Beginning the First Day of January, 2012 and Ending December 31, 2012.

• An Ordinance Abating and Reducing Certain Taxes Heretofore Levied to Pay Debt Service on SSA Bonds.

• A Funding Resolution in the Amount of $240,000 for the Construction of a Permanent Traffic Signal at the Intersection of Illinois Route 22 at Hewitt Drive/Westminster Way.

• An Intergovernmental Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for the Construction of a Permanent Traffic Signal at the Intersection of Illinois Route 22 at Hewitt Drive/Westminster Way.

• An Ordinance Establishing the Westminster Way Transportation Special Service Area Number One.

• An Ordinance Levying Certain Taxes to Pay Debt Service on SSA Loan.

• An Ordinance Amending Title 8, Chapter 4.

• Park Board Recommendation Regarding a Request for the Chicago Magic to Obtain Field Usage Time as an Affiliate of the Lincolnshire Sports Association.

• Park Board Recommendation Regarding the use of the Rivershire Park Canoe Launch for use by the Des Plaines River Association as a Take-Out Location for the Des Plaines Rive Canoe and Kayak Marathon on May 20, 2012.

• Park Board Recommendation Regarding the Installation of Dugout Covers at North Park.

• Approval of Various 2012 Professional Service Agreements.

At its Regular Village Board Meeting of November 28, 2011, the Village Board of Trustees approved:

• The Approval of a Zoning Board Recommendation Regarding a Request to Amend an Existing Special Use Permit to Expand a Children’s Daycare Center into an Adjacent Tenant Space within the 100 Village Green Multi-Tenant Building at the Lincolnshire Retail Center.

• An Ordinance Amending Title 3, Chapter 1 of the Village Code Regarding Hotel and Motel Taxes.

• A Resolution Initiating the Submission of a Public Question to Authorize the Village to Adopt an “Opt-Out” Program for the Supply of Electricity to Residential and Small Commercial Retail Customers.

• The Approval of New Fund Balance Classifications Instituted by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board.

• The Approval of Additional Funds to Continue the Downtown Consultant’s Contractual Services.

• A Resolution Finding a Tree at 211 Surrey Lane to be a Hazard and Granting Authority to Remove Said Tree without a Building Permit and Removal Bond.

At its Regular Village Board Meeting of November 14, 2011, the Village Board of Trustees approved:

• A Professional Service Contract with B & W Control Systems of Crystal Lake, IL for the S.C.A.D.A. System Replacement.

• The Approval of the Public Improvement for Brookwood Farms Subdivision.
