Volunteerism
"Volunteerism is the policy or practice of volunteering one's
time or talents
for charitable, educational, or other worthwhile activities, especially
in one's
community." We know everyone is busy but some people can still
find the time to give
back to their community. Some people tell themselves they want to
volunteer, but then do nothing about it. If you are one of those
people, now
is the time to act!
Read about the Boards below
and select one that suits
you. Applications for each Board can be found by clicking on their
link. Applications can be mailed to Executive
Services,
Village of Lincolnshire, One Olde Half Day Road, Lincolnshire, IL
60069. You may also email it to or drop it off at the
Village Hall! Some Board’s have openings now and if they don’t,
we will
hold your application until there is an opening and then we will
contact you.
It’s just that simple to give back to your community!
