Architectural Review Board

The Lincolnshire Architectural Review Board was established to promote and maintain a high quality of development in the Village. The board is responsible for reviewing all proposed commercial, business, industrial, multiple-family dwelling buildings, planned unit developments and uses of open space and public lands.

Park Board

The Lincolnshire Park Board recommends policies and programming, maintenance, capital improvements and facilities at the eight Village parks.

Police Pension Board

Under Illinois Statute, each municipality in Illinois of less than 5,000 population may, through referendum, adopt and administer its own Police Pension Fund through its Board of Trustees. The Village of Lincolnshire's Board was established through referendum in 1978.

Zoning Board

The Lincolnshire Zoning Board reviews and considers requests from petitioners to rezone or annex properties within the corporate limits, variance requests for relief from the strict application of the Village's Zoning regulations for all residential and commercial properties within the Village, as well as request to establish and operate Special Uses within the established zoning districts throughout Lincolnshire.
