Commercial Wastehauler Franchise

The Village has requested proposals from regional wastehaulers to provide franchised wastehauling services to our commercial and multifamily housing residents. The reason the Village is pursuing this request for proposals is because several other communities have done so and have obtained significantly lower prices for their businesses and residents than previously charged by the wastehaulers. The Village has not formed a decision on this issue and will not until it has had a chance to review the proposals. Public discussion will be held regarding the results of the request for proposals.
