The Canadian National Railroad will close the railroad crossing on Peterson Road, west of U.S. Route 45, for four days beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 16th. Peterson Road is scheduled to reopen late in the afternoon of Friday, November 19th.
The closure is necessary to repair and resurface the railroad crossing, a procedure that will make the crossing impassable for vehicle traffic. Local traffic will be allowed from U.S. Route 45 to Industrial Drive and from Franklin Boulevard to Midlothian Road. The crossing will be closed to all traffic for the duration of the railroad work.
Detour Routes: U.S. Route 45, to Winchester Road, to Midlothian Road
