Property Maintenance and Permissible Uses
One of the Village’s main goals is to
maintain and improve the overall living
environment for its residents. In order to accomplish this, the
Village has established
and adopted several Codes and regulations to help keep our community
not only
aesthetically pleasing but also a safe place to live. During
the year, many property maintenance issues are dealt with and
questions answered. It is always the goal of
the Village to work with residents to help them with any concerns
they may have.
That being said, listed below are some of the most frequently
asked questions pertaining to
property maintenance and permissible uses in the Village:

a nuisance to
immediate adjoining neighbors. Also, residents may place their
refuse containers out

their service. Please
also be aware that refuse containers must be removed from plain
