Outdoor Storage of Recreational Vehicles

One recreational vehicle may be parked on a lot located in a residence district subject to the following conditions:

1. That it be parked in a side yard or rear yard of a lot, provided that no part of the recreational vehicle projects beyond the front of the residence or garage located on the subject lot;

2. That it be parked no less than 10 feet from any side yard or rear yard line;

3. That it be parked in such a manner as to be properly and fully screened from adjacent properties. For the purpose of this section, proper and full screening shall consist of vegetation which maintains its foliage all year round and is large and dense enough to totally screen the recreational vehicle from view of adjacent properties.
