Residential Water Bills
Residential customers are billed quarterly. Bills are normally
mailed out the first business day of the month. Payment is due
21 days later. After the twenty-first day a 10% late payment penalty
is added and a reminder notice is sent.
A drop box is located at the Village Hall on the east side of
the circle - across from the flags - for the resident’s convenience.
If you mail your payment you are urged to allow 5 business days
for mailing. Please contact the water billing clerk at 847.913.2303
(hours 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.) if you have a question about your
bill, you suspect a leak, or you plan to be out of town for an
extended period of time.
During the summer months (May 16 - September 15) residents may
be eligible to receive a summer sewer credit on the sanitary sewer
portion of their bill. The water billing clerk can answer your
questions concerning the credit.
