Lincolnshire Parks
The Village has a wide variety of parks and paths throughout
the Village. Some of the Village parks are for active use and
others are for passive use. Some Village paths are wide enough
for bicycles and pedestrians and others are only wide enough
for pedestrian use. Please view the Village
Parks and Paths Map for an overview of all of the Village
facilities and remember to be courteous to your fellow users.
Parks Hours
Village Parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m. with
the exceptions of:
- North Park which may be open until 11:00 p.m.
- The Nature Preserves, and natural areas, which close at
dusk.
Spring Lake Park Restrooms are open 10:00 a.m. and close at
dusk. North Park Restrooms are open at 7:00 a.m. and close at
dusk unless the facility has been reserved and lights are on.
Park Rules
- No parking is allowed in Village parks between the hours
of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. with the exception of North Park
which is restricted between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
- Parking in Village Parks is for park users only.
- No person shall dump or deposit any material anywhere on
the park grounds but shall use waste or trash receptacles where
provided. If no receptacle is provided the material shall be
carried away from the park.
- No person shall use or operate any loud speaker or amplifier
in any park.
- Musical bands are prohibited.
- No person shall erect any building, tent, or other structure
in any park.
- It is unlawful for any person to feed any wildlife at any
Village park.
- Is shall be unlawful for any person to remove any natural
thing from the natural areas of any parks.
- It shall be unlawful for any person to burn wood found in
any of the parks or natural areas.
- No individual, organization or entity of any kind shall
use the parks or park facilities for any for-profit activity.
- No park may be used to assembling people, loading or unloading
buses, vans or other vehicles for a for-profit entity.
- Any groups of 30 or more are required to have a permit to
use the parks.
