Hydrant Clearance

The Village of Lincolnshire is requesting your assistance to comply with the Illinois Fire Hydrant Act (425ILCS 20/1). This law, which was enacted for better fire service protection, requires a 48 inch clearance around all fire hydrants. Please clear any barriers, trees, bushes, or other obstacles which hide or impede the use of the hydrant.
